Frea-X Workflow

Code Construction Management

Frea-X Workflow is a traceability system for code files — inspired by how the construction industry manages buildings, drawings and responsibility.

Every file knows who built it, why it exists, and where it is in its lifecycle.

Why?

Code without context is a liability. When you return to a file six months later — or hand it to someone else — you need to know:

Frea-X Workflow answers all of that — from the top of every file.

The 7 Phases

Inspired by the construction industry. Every file moves through these phases:

PhaseNameMeaning
● 1/7IdeaA thought, a sketch, a concept
● 2/7PlanningStructure is in place, not yet coded
● 3/7DevelopmentActive coding
● 4/7ReviewReady for QA and feedback
● 5/7TestingIntegration testing
● 6/7ProductionLive — used by real users
● 7/7MaintenanceOptimization and fixes

= active phase  ·  = not yet reached

The Philosophy

“Nothing is perfect, except death. Because it’s hard to optimize.” — Jan Omel Nielsen, 2026

Frea-X Workflow is not bureaucracy. It is craftsmanship applied to code.
